Position Overview
As a Pharmaceutical Sales Executive at AbbVie, you will implement brand strategies and tactics to enhance field sales performance.

Your role will involve effectively managing your designated territory and targeted accounts, fostering robust customer relationships, and addressing customer needs to optimize both short-term and long-term sales outcomes, all while prioritizing patient welfare and adhering to AbbVie's business conduct guidelines, policies, and applicable laws.

Key Responsibilities
+ Achieve sales targets, brand KPIs, and financial objectives to meet or surpass set goals.
+ Develop pre-call strategies using SMART objectives and conduct post-call evaluations to enhance sales effectiveness.

+ Skillfully manage objections, misunderstandings, and concerns to secure logical and actionable outcomes in every sales interaction.
+ Proactively strive to meet customer needs and expectations, establishing trusted relationships to foster mutually beneficial agreements between AbbVie and its clients.

+ Create and implement a call plan that meets established metrics and optimizes engagement with key customers to maximize access and sales opportunities.
+ Continuously enhance understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, competitors, and product knowledge, sharing insights with the in-field team, brand team, and sales manager to ensure alignment and adaptability to environmental changes.

+ Distinguish AbbVie's value proposition with healthcare providers and cultivate relationships with disease state experts and advocates to enhance brand performance.

Qualifications
+ A Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
+ Demonstrated presentation skills and the ability to identify and adapt to various customer styles through prior sales internship experience.

+ Capability and eagerness to acquire in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge.
+ Strong business acumen and proficiency in utilizing business tools, alongside strategic and critical thinking skills.

+ Ability to operate effectively within a matrix environment.
+ Innovative mindset with the ability to propose solutions to maximize business opportunities and address challenges.

+ Proven influence and credibility among peers, building collaborative partnerships with district colleagues and matrix teams.
+ A commitment to leading by example, demonstrating positive behaviors, and providing peer coaching in dynamic environments.
