As a Senior Client Partner, your primary focus will be to cultivate and strengthen relationships with key brands and agencies, ensuring they achieve their marketing goals through Reddit's advertising offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively nurture and expand relationships with current advertising partners, both directly and through agencies, to drive consistent revenue growth.
- Develop comprehensive business plans in collaboration with top-tier clients.
- Establish productive relationships with new clients, providing education on Reddit and its advertising capabilities.
- Utilize agency and direct client connections to identify new opportunities for Reddit's advertising solutions.
- Employ data insights from various sources to guide client strategies and proposals.
- Ensure timely delivery of all projects, maintaining the highest standards of client service.
- Take initiative in team meetings and contribute to special projects at Reddit.
- Lead client meetings from agenda creation to final presentation, ensuring clarity and setting the stage for successful interactions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding significant platform updates and opportunities for relationship enhancement.
- Provide strategic and consultative advice to clients to foster and expand partnerships.
- Continuously assess and address client needs, leveraging extensive product knowledge to align their objectives with innovative opportunities on the platform.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations teams to surpass clients' marketing objectives.
- Influence Reddit's advertising product development by gathering and sharing client feedback and campaign performance metrics with relevant stakeholders.
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for Reddit at industry events and with partners.
- Share your expertise by mentoring and training fellow team members.
- Work closely with other Client Partners and Account Managers to create a unified strategy across shared accounts.
- Build and maintain strong internal relationships across teams to achieve client and business objectives.
- 12+ years of experience in digital media, with a minimum of 7 years in a sales capacity.
- Experience managing partnerships with complex enterprise pharmaceutical organizations.
- Proven track record of engaging with C-level executives at pharmaceutical clients.
- Extensive industry knowledge in specific verticals, product types, and measurement solutions.
- Established relationships within both agency and direct client environments.
- Expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.
- Experience in formulating and executing long-term account growth strategies.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
- Ability to lead special initiatives.

In addition to a base salary, this role is eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units and commissions.
