We are seeking an experienced sales professional to become a key player in the Pharmaceutical division of our Major Customer Sales team.


As a Senior Account Executive, your primary focus will be on cultivating and enhancing relationships with significant brands and agencies, ensuring they achieve their marketing goals through our advertising solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and strengthen partnerships with current advertising clients, including both agencies and direct clients, to drive sustainable revenue growth.

- Develop comprehensive business plans in collaboration with top-tier clients.

- Forge new, mutually beneficial relationships with prospective clients, providing education on our platform and services.

- Utilize existing agency and client relationships to identify new opportunities for advertising product sales.

- Analyze data from various sources to inform client strategies and enhance proposal pitches.

- Ensure timely completion of all projects, delivering exceptional customer service to clients.

- Take initiative in team meetings and contribute to special projects.

- Lead client meetings from preparation to final presentation, establishing clear expectations and outcomes.

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, communicating significant updates and opportunities to strengthen partnerships.

- Offer strategic and consultative guidance to clients to elevate and expand the relationship.

- Continuously explore and identify client needs, leveraging extensive product knowledge to align their objectives with innovative opportunities.

- Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations teams to exceed clients' marketing objectives.

- Influence the development of our advertising product roadmap by gathering and sharing client feedback and performance metrics with relevant stakeholders.

- Provide industry insights and act as a brand ambassador at industry events and with partners.

- Share your expertise by mentoring and training team members.

- Work closely with other Client Partners and Account Managers to create a unified strategy across shared accounts.

- Build and maintain strong internal relationships across teams to achieve client and business objectives.


Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 12 years of experience in digital media, with at least 7 years in a sales capacity.

- Proven track record of managing partnerships with complex enterprise pharmaceutical organizations.

- Experience engaging with C-level executives within pharmaceutical clients.

- Extensive industry knowledge in specific verticals, product types, and measurement solutions.

- Established relationships within both agency and direct client spaces.

- Expertise in the social media landscape and native advertising.

- Experience in developing and executing long-term account growth strategies.

- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.

- Ability to lead special projects effectively.

- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience.
