Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a pivotal role within our Pharmaceutical vertical of the Large Customer Sales team. As a Senior Client Partner, your primary focus will be to cultivate and enhance relationships with key brands and agencies, ensuring they achieve their business goals through our advertising solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively manage and strengthen relationships with existing advertising partners, both directly with clients and through agencies, to drive revenue growth.
- Develop comprehensive business plans in collaboration with top clients.
- Build new client relationships, providing education on Reddit and our advertising platform.
- Utilize agency and direct client relationships to identify new advertising opportunities.
- Employ data from various sources to inform client strategies and proposals.
- Ensure timely project completion while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Lead client meetings, establishing clear agendas and outcomes to foster successful interactions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients regarding platform updates and opportunities.
- Provide strategic and consultative advice to enhance client relationships.
- Identify and address client needs, aligning their objectives with innovative opportunities on our platform.
- Collaborate with Account Management and Ad Operations to achieve clients' marketing goals.
- Influence Reddit's advertising product roadmap by sharing client feedback and campaign insights.
- Offer mentorship and training to team members, sharing industry and product knowledge.
- Work closely with other Client Partners and Account Managers to create a unified strategy across shared accounts.
- Foster strong internal relationships to meet client and business objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in digital media, with a minimum of 7 years in sales.
- Proven track record managing partnerships with complex enterprise pharmaceutical organizations.
- Experience engaging with C-level executives at pharmaceutical clients.
- Deep industry knowledge in specific verticals and advertising solutions.
- Established relationships within the agency and direct client space.
- Expertise in social media and native advertising.
- Demonstrated success in developing long-term account growth strategies.
- Strong performance history against sales targets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
