You will be tasked with achieving sales results by engaging with clients while exemplifying our core values: Client Focused, Results Driven, Teamwork, Flawless Execution, and Integrity.


Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Achieving sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, and marketing objectives to meet or exceed set goals.
  • Developing a pre-call strategy using SMART objectives and conducting post-call evaluations to enhance sales performance continuously.
  • Effectively addressing objections, misunderstandings, and concerns to secure logical and reasonable calls to action during sales interactions.
  • Proactively aspiring to meet customer needs and expectations, fostering trusted relationships to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Creating and executing a call plan that meets established metrics and optimizes coverage and frequency to key clients, maximizing access and sales opportunities.
  • Continuously enhancing understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, competitors, and product knowledge, sharing insights with the in-field team and management to align strategies.
  • Distinguishing IQVIA's value proposition with healthcare providers and identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with disease state experts and advocates to enhance brand performance.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in biological sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of business-to-business outside sales experience with a proven track record of impact is required; 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with documented success is preferred.

AND:
  • Demonstrated success in sales and strong presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive aspects, recognized as an expert resource by stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen and proficiency in business tools; strategic and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to adapt selling approaches based on customer behavior.
  • Effectiveness in a matrix environment.
  • Innovative in identifying business opportunities and addressing challenges.
  • Ability to influence others and be viewed as a credible resource among peers.
  • Experience in leadership roles with increased responsibilities.
  • Ability to leverage findings to develop sales strategies and maintain high expectations.
  • Ownership in problem resolution with consideration for broader organizational implications.
  • Assistance in identifying internal and external information resources and learning opportunities.

Preferred:
  • Proven success in sales performance within relevant therapeutic areas.
  • Experience in the commercial pharmaceutical industry, including physician/account-based selling, training, managed healthcare, or marketing.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbally and in writing, for non-English speaking countries.
