About the Role

The Matian Firm, APC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Client Intake Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Screening and Acquisition: Screen potential clients, assess their needs, and develop strategies to acquire new business.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement sales strategies, and collaborate with our attorneys to close deals.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our attorneys, including scheduling appointments, updating client records, and performing other tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) with full proficiency required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales experience required, customer service experience a major plus.
  • Background: Strong background with performance-based metrics, case management software experience a major plus.
  • Skills: Resourceful, motivated, and able to work weekends.
  • Education: Immigration and Criminal Defense experience strongly preferred.
