Bilingual Call Center Intake Specialists

As a Bilingual Call Center Intake Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for individuals who have experienced workplace injuries, collecting vital information to facilitate their access to necessary medical services. This remote position is designed for candidates who are committed to providing exceptional service and are ready to embark on a rewarding career path.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through phone and email interactions
  • Address inquiries from clients, patients, and healthcare providers
  • Respond to electronic communications in a timely manner
  • Maintain consistent attendance and be open to additional responsibilities as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Capability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certification
  • Previous experience in customer service roles
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish

COMPENSATION:

Hourly wage: $20.50, with potential adjustments based on experience and qualifications.
