Position Overview:
As a Human Resources Intake Coordinator, you will play a vital role in our employee relations team. This position involves managing inbound communications and conducting thorough case intakes to ensure effective resolution of employee inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Receive and manage inbound calls, conducting case intake for 6-8 hours daily.
2. Provide guidance on general policy inquiries and facilitate resolutions for straightforward cases.
3. Identify cases that require escalation and ensure proper documentation is completed.
4. Address basic questions and direct managers to appropriate Employee Relations resources.

Required Skills:
- Experience in call center operations, particularly in intake processes.
- Familiarity with case management systems.
- Background in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
- Strong customer service skills.
