Role Summary

We are in search of a Client Intake Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. This role is essential for establishing initial contact with prospective clients seeking ABA therapy and diagnostic evaluations. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding time management skills, a results-oriented mindset, and exceptional customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and foster initial connections with incoming clients.
  • Perform preliminary screenings and verify essential information for the intake process.
  • Facilitate the creation of client profiles and conduct insurance verifications.
  • Oversee communication with new and existing families seeking support.
  • Coordinate workflow with team members and ensure accurate maintenance of client records.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Sales and/or Healthcare
Work Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in inside sales or phone-based roles
Technology Skills: Basic computer proficiency, familiarity with Microsoft Suite and G Suite

Essential Knowledge and Skills

  • Proficient in PC software, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks, collaborating effectively, and meeting deadlines
  • Demonstrated attention to detail and precision
  • Strong work ethic with a proven history of producing error-free work

Work Environment

  • Standard office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Occasional adjustments to the schedule may be necessary to fulfill company objectives
  • Physical requirements may include sitting, walking, standing, and analyzing data on screens
