Case Management / Intake Specialist / Call Center

Position Overview:

This role involves providing essential support in a call center environment, focusing on case management and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming calls and perform case intake for a significant portion of the workday.
  • Offer guidance on general policy inquiries and facilitate resolutions for straightforward cases.
  • Recognize cases that necessitate escalation and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Respond to basic inquiries and direct managers to appropriate Employee Relations resources as required.
Required Skills:
  • Experience in a call center setting, particularly in intake processes.
  • Familiarity with case management systems.
  • Background in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
Job Requirements:
  • Proficiency in call center operations (intake).
  • Experience in case management.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources/Employee Relations.
  • Strong customer service skills.
