Job Summary:

Kao USA, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Regional Sales Manager to lead our Southeast Region sales team. This individual will be responsible for driving sales efforts and execution within our Ka0 Salon Brands - Goldwell, Oribe, Kerasilk, KMS and Varis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a sales team to serve all Salon Channels in their sales efforts and execution.
  • Develop and manage key relationships with customers to drive long-term sales potential.
  • Manage and lead Area Sales Manager, Key Relationship Managers, Distributor Sales Managers, or Multi-Location Salon Sales Managers assigned to them.
  • Develop the skill sets of the Field Sales Management team through inspiration and coaching.
  • Prepare periodic reports to demonstrate effectiveness of sales programs and salon sell-through.
  • Develop annual sales budgets and KPIs to measure Salon Channel results.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • ~3-5 years of field sales team management.
  • ~8-12 years of progressive sales leadership and responsibility.
