Job Title: Regional Sales Director

The Regional Sales Director is a leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and revenue for H-Wave's medical device and services in a designated regional geography. This position requires a strong leader who can coach and motivate a team of Sales Consultants to exceed sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Sales Consultants and Patient Care Associates
  • Identify and pursue major referral accounts and close deals
  • Provide coaching and feedback to Sales Consultants to improve performance
  • Manage regional sales operations and ensure compliance with company standards
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven track record of leading high-performance sales teams
  • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
