About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Affinity Executive Search. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue in the Florida and Alabama region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve top-line sales and profit goals
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
  • Work closely with Regional Brokers to outline sales objectives and priorities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, presentations, and execution plans
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular updates to the Director of Sales
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the food industry, with a focus on targeting food service, specialty, c-store, and independent accounts
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Experience using Excel and customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
