Regional Sales Director

As a Regional Sales Manager for Water and Wastewater Treatment at Hunter Crown, LLC, you will lead sales initiatives within a designated region, focusing on driving new business opportunity growth and market penetration for water and wastewater treatment solutions.
This role requires development and implementation of sales strategies, new and key customer relationships, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet regional sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will be capable of forging new partnerships in the municipal sector and expanding Fluence recognition and market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth in the water and wastewater treatment market.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including potential new clients, partnerships and strategic alliances.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including municipalities, industrial clients, engineering firms and other relevant stakeholders.
- Lead negotiation and closure of new contracts and partnerships, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with Company business objectives and legal requirements.
- Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals and bids for new projects and contracts.
- Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to develop compelling and competitive proposals.
- Monitor and analyze sales funnel data using CRM tools and provide regular updates to senior management on progress, opportunities and challenges.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited 4-year college or university, specializing in engineering, business management, finance or equivalent.
- Minimum seven (7) years of experience in a related field.
- Experience working with remote teams is highly desirable.
- Prior experience in a project execution role within the water and wastewater municipal industry is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager with a strong understanding of water and wastewater technology in the municipal industry.
- Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Demonstrable use and maintenance of CRM systems.
- The ability to read and understand contracts and flag areas of concern.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and communicate with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Excellent organization and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter and entrepreneurial approach to business.
