Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at DAS Technology Group. Our client, a leading provider of high-performance semiconductor solutions, is looking for a sales professional with a strong background in the RF/Microwave & Defense/Space Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Eastern Region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry developments to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Manage a large territory and diverse product offerings, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and support.
  • Coach and mentor less senior sales staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Five plus years of sales experience with a semiconductor organization.
  • Familiarity with RF Semiconductors and Power Semiconductors.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with semiconductor sales in the aerospace and defense industry.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent formal presentation skills before both small and large groups.
