Job Overview:

The Southeast Regional Sales Director will be responsible for managing the activities of the Southeast region towards achieving sales, profit, and growth goals. This role will involve strategic management of regional sales resources to achieve established sales and financial metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a sales and marketing agent to ensure top-line sales objectives are met.
  • Review monthly forecasts with accuracy to ensure the region meets sales numbers.
  • Oversee efficient execution of sales quotes, cost control, and management of receivables.
  • Ensure an effective and skilled staff through recruiting, training, and development.
  • Maintain budgetary responsibility for the territory and manage sales teams to ensure effective allocation of company resources.
  • Advise senior management on customer and competitive developments that impact sales growth and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 12 years of progressive sales or marketing experience with an emphasis on the electrical industry.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver's license.
