Job Title: Regional Director Assistant

Regal Cinemas is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the Regional Director's Office in Orlando, FL. This part-time position requires approximately 24-30 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Regional Director's schedule and prioritize tasks
  • Generate and review reports, maintain files and documents, process invoices, and manage email and communication
  • Provide administrative support for the Regional Operations Director, including travel arrangements and diary management
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
  • Prior experience supporting senior-level management required
  • Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Working Environment:

The work environment is moderate, with occasional travel required to attend RD meetings.

This is a part-time position, approximately 24-30 hours per week. If you are a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
