Job Title: Regional Sales Director

At H-Wave, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in a specific geographic region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strong relationships with customers and colleagues, and demonstrating exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and market share expansion
  • Lead and coach a team of Sales Consultants to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Proven track record of sales leadership and revenue growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
