Job Summary:

Audacy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with advertisers, developing new business opportunities, and exceeding sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers to ensure their success and repeat business.
  • Proactively develop new business opportunities by utilizing all available advertising and marketing assets.
  • Continuously learn and train on new assets and marketing techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Create and strategically sell marketing campaigns to local and regional decision-makers.
  • Closely manage the execution of marketing campaigns and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Achieve sales objectives and goals, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, opportunities, and innovations to drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Self-motivated and creative individual with a proven track record of success in sales, media, event/sponsorship sales, or digital platforms.
  • Ability to develop new business and manage sales, with a proven record of exceeding goals.
  • Thorough understanding of advertising and marketing, including digital, audio, and interactive.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and develop business solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to continuously grow income.
