Compensation:

The compensation range for this position is between $46,400 and $57,900. Actual compensation may vary based on the applicant's experience, educational background, skill set, and location.


Job Purpose:

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing administrative and supportive activities related to accounts, sales, and service operations. This role involves addressing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in alignment with company policies to support the unit's commercial objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Input inventory receipts and shipments into the computer system and participate in biannual physical inventory, including reconciliation.
  • Manage sales orders by entering them as quotes, providing order status updates, scheduled ship dates, actual ship dates, pro numbers, and proof of delivery.
  • Assist in resolving order-related issues effectively.
  • Coordinate service and installation for stationary products, manage freight damage, product returns, credits, and parts shortages, and collaborate with Customer Service Specialists to achieve resolutions.
  • Adhere to ISO procedures, maintain document control, and provide general administrative support.
  • Monitor and escalate corrective actions within agreed timeframes; address and resolve anomalies and concerns promptly, particularly those affecting KPIs.
  • Oversee enhancements to operational functions to boost effectiveness, efficiency, coordination, and communication across departments.
  • Engage with Forwarder Shipping Agents to complete customs declarations for export products.
  • Ensure customs clearance for imported materials and equipment.
  • Coordinate with the Commodity Inspection Bureau for the inspection of export products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years of experience in customer service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field


Work Environment:

This position is office-based with minimal physical demands. Candidates should be able to frequently bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch.
