Job Overview

Tilt Creative + Production is in search of a driven and detail-oriented professional with exceptional interpersonal abilities to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager.

The Client Relationship Manager will serve as the main liaison for our clients, understanding their business objectives and ensuring that all initiatives align with their strategic goals. This role will also facilitate collaboration among various departments, including strategy, creative, production, and post-production, to guarantee that we meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to establish trust quickly and set realistic expectations with clients. This individual should be a proactive problem solver, capable of building strong relationships and engaging in challenging discussions when necessary. The Client Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in empowering the creative and production teams to deliver outstanding work while ensuring that every project is completed on budget, brief, and schedule.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Mac operating systems is essential. Familiarity with project management tools and collaborative software is advantageous.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily activities on assigned projects, both internally and with clients.
  • Master company processes, including project scheduling, and work closely with the strategy team to ensure accurate briefings, aligning with creative and production teams on budgets and deliverables, and collaborating with clients to achieve their objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Account Director to identify growth opportunities, advocate for innovative ideas, and contribute to strategic concepts.
  • Maintain current project information through internal status reports and client meetings.
  • Accurately manage budgets in partnership with the Finance Director and Account Director.
  • Develop and sustain strong professional relationships with clients, earning their respect and loyalty.
  • Assist teams in executing campaign strategies across all deliverables.
  • Keep leadership updated on significant client and internal team developments.
  • Excel in a fast-paced and evolving client environment while promptly communicating updates, new projects, and information to the internal team.

Additional Considerations

  • Must be open to occasional travel as required.
  • This position necessitates working at client sites on a regular basis.
