**Qualifications and Experience:**

+ A Bachelor's Degree is required.

+ Over 10 years of successful experience in RFP proposal generation and business development.

+ A proven history of achieving multi-million-dollar sales growth.

+ Experience in project management from inception to transition.

+ Previous background in Retail, CPG, and/or manufacturing sectors.

+ Willingness to travel as necessary.
