Position Overview

Enterprise Mobility Inc is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Customer Experience Representative (CXR) to enhance our customer interactions.

Compensation for this role is $16.38 per hour, with potential for monthly performance bonuses.

Availability to work the following schedules is required:

Thursday through Monday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Friday through Tuesday: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

The Customer Experience Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional, friendly, and efficient service, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. This role also involves managing the rental process by verifying and documenting necessary driver information to facilitate a smooth rental and return experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by clearly communicating rental terms, vehicle features, and available services, including optional protection products and upgrades
  • Assist customers with directions, maps, local information, and relevant service details
  • Handle incoming calls for reservations, inquiries, and provide information and solutions for customers and partners
  • Make outgoing calls for follow-ups and other assigned tasks
  • Evaluate the condition of rentals upon return
  • Inform management of any customer-related issues
  • Report any vehicle concerns and necessary maintenance to management
  • Continuously enhance knowledge and skills through on-the-job training and company-sponsored educational opportunities

Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
  • At least 1 year of customer service or sales experience in a dynamic environment
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Valid driver's license required
  • No more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years (total points on driving record must not exceed 8 points)
  • No drug or alcohol-related violations in the past 3 years
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship
