As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our esteemed customers receive exceptional service and support in their logistics and shipping needs.

Key Responsibilities:


As a Client Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Responding to incoming communications from clients, providing necessary information and resolving issues efficiently.
  2. Managing new bookings and modifying existing ones based on client requests through various communication channels.
  3. Keeping clients informed about their shipments, including updates on schedules, equipment availability, and routing.
  4. Providing timely notifications regarding holds, vessel arrivals, customs updates, and delays.
  5. Following up on pending cases and ensuring all client inquiries are addressed promptly.
  6. Conducting root cause analyses for service failures and coordinating recovery efforts with clients and internal teams.
  7. Adhering to all company policies and procedures while undertaking miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
A High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate degree preferred. Candidates should possess at least one year of relevant work experience.
Essential skills include:
  • Strong presentation, written communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic Microsoft applications (Excel, Outlook, Word, Internet Explorer).
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to drive change through technology.
  • Excellent multitasking capabilities in a high-volume environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
