Working Hours:
Full Time (10-hour shifts) - 4 days a week - 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Every other Saturday required
Qualifications:
What You Bring to the Role:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in customer service, insurance, or dental settings preferred
- Familiarity with dental software and Microsoft Office, with a willingness to learn new applications as necessary

Key Responsibilities:
Essential Skills for Success:
- Dependability and precision in managing financial information, conducting insurance verifications, and preparing end-of-day reports to ensure a seamless experience for our patients.
- Perform clerical duties including sorting, opening, and distributing mail, scanning, and photocopying. Answer phone inquiries and provide information to callers; greet visitors and patients; schedule, verify, and confirm patient appointments.
- Utilize dental knowledge to explain procedures and services to patients effectively.
- Present financial policies and arrangements to patients, collect co-payments, and verify insurance coverage as necessary.
- Monitor appointment schedules to manage no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.
