- Office Organization: Maintain the tidiness and organization of the front office area, creating a pleasant and inviting atmosphere for patients.
- Support to Hearing Professionals: Assist our hearing professionals in administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Billing and Insurance Processing: Manage the Explanation of Benefits process for third-party patients, submitting appropriate information to insurance carriers, and collecting and recording patient payments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in office software and scheduling systems.
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical billing and insurance processes is an advantage.
