Position: Medical Reception Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Interaction and Reception:
    • Warmly welcoming patients and visitors.
    • Managing patient check-ins and confirming personal details.
    • Guiding patients to designated waiting areas.
  • Patient Engagement and Scheduling:
    • Contacting potential study participants to provide information about research initiatives, including objectives, duration, and methodologies.
    • Addressing inquiries and concerns from potential participants.
    • Overseeing the clinic's appointment schedule.
    • Coordinating, modifying, and canceling patient appointments as necessary.
    • Sending appointment reminders through various communication channels.
  • Communication and Call Management:

    • Collaborating with medical personnel to communicate patient needs or issues.
  • Administrative Duties:
