  • Dependable and proficient in managing financial information, conducting insurance verifications, and preparing end-of-day reports to ensure a seamless experience for our patients.
  • Perform administrative tasks including sorting and distributing mail, scanning, photocopying, answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing patient appointments.
  • Communicate procedures and services to patients using dental knowledge effectively.
  • Present financial policies and arrangements to patients, collect co-payments, and verify insurance coverage as needed.
  • Monitor appointments, tracking no-shows, cancellations, and late arrivals.
