Key Responsibilities:

Clinical Support:

  • Assist medical professionals in delivering patient care, including measuring vital signs, preparing treatment areas, and administering medications.
  • Conduct blood draws and gather samples for laboratory analysis.
  • Accurately record patient data in electronic health records (EHR).
  • Support patient education initiatives and follow-up care.

Reception Duties:

  • Warmly greet and assist patients upon arrival.
  • Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage patient flow efficiently.
  • Handle incoming calls and address patient inquiries.
  • Confirm insurance eligibility and process billing transactions.
  • Ensure a tidy and welcoming reception environment.

Qualifications:

  • Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA) or relevant experience is preferred.
