Position Summary:
ARServices is on the lookout for a Systems Implementation Testing Analyst. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a solid grasp of standard testing processes, including the formulation of test plans, requirement analysis, and the creation and execution of test cases.
  • Utilize MS Excel for essential tasks such as data entry, analysis, formatting, sorting, and employing formulas and pivot tables to facilitate data set evaluations.
  • Operate under the general oversight of the workstream lead, adhering to guidance for executing advisory and operational tasks.
  • Conduct research and analysis pertinent to payroll operations.
  • Comprehend relevant policies and procedures to effectively assess software application performance.
  • Possess working knowledge of applications/tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint), Zoom, etc.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently while engaging with clients to identify, document, track, monitor, and resolve project-related issues, trends, risks, and mitigations.

Security Clearance Requirement:
Active/current Secret clearance is mandatory.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in systems implementation testing.
  • At least 3 years of data analysis experience, particularly with pivot tables.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Military Pay (MILPAY).
  • Prior military service.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft testing.
  • Experience in writing and executing test plans within PeopleSoft.
