Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Systems Implementation Testing Analyst to support our operations in the Arlington, VA area. This role offers a hybrid work environment, combining remote work with on-site responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of standard testing processes, including the development of test plans and the ability to analyze requirements effectively.
  • Utilize MS Excel for essential tasks such as data entry, analysis, formatting, sorting, and employing formulas and pivot tables to assist in data set evaluations.
  • Operate under the general guidance of the workstream lead, adhering to directions for executing advisory and operational activities.
  • Conduct research and analysis related to payroll operations and compensation.
  • Apply knowledge of relevant policies and procedures to assess the performance of software applications accurately.
  • Exhibit proficiency in various applications and tools, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Teams, OneNote, SharePoint), Zoom, and others.
  • Work independently while engaging with clients to identify, document, track, and resolve project-related issues, trends, risks, and mitigation strategies.

Security Clearance:
An active/current Secret clearance is a prerequisite for this position.

Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in systems implementation testing.
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis, particularly with pivot tables.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with Military Pay (MILPAY).
  • Background in military service.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft testing methodologies.
  • Experience in drafting and executing test plans within PeopleSoft.
