Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialized knowledge in requirements gathering, analysis, design, coordination, testing, and support of business reporting and analytical needs.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within business data.
  • Collaborate with business process owners, technical teams, and project leadership to optimize the use of data and data strategies across a wide range of business and operational requirements.
  • Assist in the design, development, testing, debugging, and documentation of information systems and programs.
  • Translate business needs into analytical requirements.
  • Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and actionable format.
  • Ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
  • Lead feasibility studies to evaluate cost/benefit, efficiency, and technical viability of solutions addressing business challenges.
  • Support the development and implementation of technical solutions in alignment with DHS guidelines.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in requirements management and analysis, ideally in government or consultancy environments.
  • 4+ years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within a data-intensive setting.
  • Familiarity with relational database environments, structured analysis, data modeling, and information engineering to support system planning.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Knowledge of government agency SELC frameworks and methodologies (experience with DHS is a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field is preferred.
