Role Overview

Your Career Path

The Senior Account Executive collaborates with our clients to secure their entire digital landscape. You are driven by the need to address critical challenges in our clients' secure environments, equipping them with solutions for every phase of threat prevention. This position is a key contributor to company revenue and growth. As a seasoned and dynamic sales professional, you will lead and manage sales engagements.

Your Contributions

As a Senior Account Executive, you will drive and coordinate extensive, intricate sales cycles, collaborating with our internal partners and teams to best meet client needs. Your consultative sales expertise will uncover business challenges and develop solutions for prospects and clients. Understand the competitive landscape and client requirements to effectively position the suite of Palo Alto Networks solutions. Establish clear objectives and maintain accurate forecasting through the development of a comprehensive territory plan. Utilize client success stories to formulate a compelling value proposition with insights tailored to specific accounts. Stay informed on industry developments and trends, and their implications for Palo Alto Networks products and services. Travel as required within your territory and to company-wide gatherings.

Qualifications

Your Background

Experience and understanding of SaaS-based frameworks, preferably within the networking and/or security sectors - SASE technology is advantageous. Proven track record in selling complex solutions, value-based selling, and/or consultative sales methodologies. Technical proficiency in comprehending how technology products and solutions address business challenges. Ability to identify issues, analyze data, determine root causes, and provide scalable solutions. Build relationships with our channel partners to implement a channel-centric go-to-market strategy for our clients. Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of the complete sales cycle and the ability to adhere to a structured sales process. Capable of taking a holistic approach to problem-solving by grasping the broader context and considering complex interrelationships and outcomes. Excellent time management abilities, working with high levels of autonomy and self-direction.
