Position Overview: This is a Full-Time role at CRISTA Senior Living, dedicated to enhancing the lives of our residents and providing spiritual guidance to our team.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is $118,000 - $150,000 annually, based on experience.

Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with up to 85% discount on Kings school tuition for dependent children (K-12) and four weeks of paid parental leave.

Role Summary: The Executive Director is a key leader in our Senior Living mission, responsible for ensuring a joyful and purposeful environment for residents. This role involves overseeing daily operations in Assisted Living and Independent Living, maintaining high occupancy rates, financial stability, and a safe atmosphere for both residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Foster a positive work environment that encourages open communication and creativity among staff.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and retain a dedicated team, providing ongoing performance evaluations and spiritual support.
  • Administrative Oversight: Maintain high standards in facility management, oversee resident applications, and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Resident Engagement: Build strong relationships with residents and families, addressing their needs and promoting satisfaction.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining quality services.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess a strong Christian faith, relevant management experience in senior living, and a commitment to the mission of CRISTA Ministries. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with knowledge of state regulations and experience in policy development.

Additional Skills: Excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups are essential for success in this role.
