We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join our founding sales team, responsible for identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities and driving outbound sales efforts to generate new pipeline.

This role will be an end-to-end contributor to our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and leadership, with a focus on outbound lead generation and strategy, follow-up on inbound marketing leads, and deep qualification of all opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience selling to executive engineering audiences, including CTOs and VPs of engineering, and a strong understanding of software development lifecycle tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a lead generation strategy to identify and qualify new sales opportunities
  • Own outbound sales efforts to generate new pipeline and drive revenue growth
  • Follow-up on inbound marketing leads and deeply qualify all opportunities
  • Educate prospects on industry trends and market needs, and provide thought leadership through content creation
  • Collaborate with marketing, product management, and other stakeholders to refine and enhance our GTM strategy
  • Set and communicate targets, track activities in our CRM, and perform contract negotiations with customers
