About the Role

LevelTen Energy is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team as a Senior Account Executive, Energy Sector. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for recruiting new energy buyers and engaging them in our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead subscription sales with a goal of achieving an annual recurring revenue (ARR) target in an assigned account segment of energy buyers.
  • Work with marketing to create campaigns and content to reach new energy buyers.
  • Lead full sales cycle from prospect, qualified lead, confirmed need, quantified value, proposal, negotiation, and close of subscription sales in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Create account plans for named accounts and lead collaboration of complementary resources for teams selling larger accounts.
  • Assist with upsells and new terms negotiations for renewals in partnership with the assigned account manager.
  • Build, maintain, and prioritize a robust pipeline of opportunities generated via both inbound and outbound efforts.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of enterprise selling experience within the energy-related industries.
  • 8+ years of full sales cycle experience with established sales methods such as MEDDIC, Challenger, Solutions Selling.
  • 3+ years of experience in renewable energy origination, power trading, or energy risk management.
  • Experience selling web-based software as a service (SaaS).
  • Experience selling to Directors, VPs, and C-Suite executives.
  • Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills, both in person and via Zoom.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A can-do attitude, strong sense of urgency, and ability to see opportunity where others see a closed door.
  • Proven track record of consistent goal/quota attainment.
  • Discipline in regard to CRM use and detailed data entry.
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing and evolving work environment.
Additional Details

This position is preferably based in the Seattle area (3 days per week in office/hybrid) Remote candidates will be considered for the right experience.
