About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our team at Paladin Technologies. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic account management and new business development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute annual sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
  • Pursue relationships with existing clients to increase sales and identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of our integrated security systems and solutions
  • Propose and present new solutions to clients to meet their evolving business needs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical sales environment, preferably in the integrated security, networking/data cabling, and/or commercial audio-visual industries
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling complex integrated solutions involving access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, structured cabling, corporate AV, or other related systems
  • Knowledge of IP networks, low voltage electronics, power and communications, Windows XP or 7 workstations, Microsoft Office products
  • Experience with access control, CCTV (IP), intrusion systems, client-server security applications, MS SQL databases, server and storage infrastructure
