Position Details: This is a full-time, commission-based role with a comprehensive training program that is paid until commissions are earned.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and document properties for storm-related damage.
  • Assist homeowners in navigating the insurance claims process.
  • Guide clients through the insurance procedures.
  • Engage with insurance adjusters.
  • Present building materials and samples for home repairs.
  • Meet sales and profitability objectives.
  • Generate material and work orders.
  • Coordinate with the production team and office personnel.
  • Maintain a professional and tidy appearance.

Qualifications:

  • Self-driven with the capability to work independently post-training.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Physical capability to climb ladders and walk on roofs.
  • Proficient in using iOS and Windows systems.
  • Willingness to learn new processes and techniques.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.
