Key Responsibilities
  • Roof Asset Management: Inspect roof assets to identify areas of concern and make recommendations to extend roof life-cycle.
  • Roof Condition Assessment: Assess roof conditions, including active leak issues, overall condition, and deterioration.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare and submit assessment reports, proposals, and inspection reports in accordance with company policies.
  • Client Relations: Respond to technical and guarantee questions accurately and in a timely fashion.
  • Travel: Travel extensively to inspect roof assets and meet with clients.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) or equivalent job experience, with a minimum of 5 years of functional experience in commercial roofing, including inspections.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of all common commercial roofing systems, including low slope and steep slope systems.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent client relation skills and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
  • Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively, with the ability to be away from home for weeks at a time.
