Role Summary

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including financial oversight and project closure, ensuring that all customer requirements are met within established timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all facets of the assigned project, including production, invoicing, budgeting, and client relations, ensuring adherence to project contracts.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, change orders, procedures, and necessary equipment resources to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
  • Coordinate project manpower and milestones for each production phase, ensuring objectives are met efficiently.
  • Engage proactively with all relevant stakeholders, including business partners, general contractors, customers, and regulatory bodies, to influence project success.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify project risks and negotiate change orders with stakeholders for effective project execution.
  • Present monthly project reports to senior leadership as required.
  • Promote project safety by ensuring compliance with safety programs and policies, reviewing weekly safety reports, and participating in monthly safety meetings.
  • Assess and approve manpower and equipment requirements for optimal project performance.
  • Resolve disputes and provide solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Offer insights on equipment procurement methods and contracts to enhance project efficiency.
  • Lead project closeout procedures, finalizing contract documentation, securing retainages, and collaborating with management to address any project claims. Conduct project debriefs to evaluate all aspects of project completion.
  • Maintain awareness of the company's values and strategic objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction project management role, encompassing both private and public works projects.
  • Proven ability to take accurate field measurements and perform take-offs.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365, internet applications, estimating software, etc.
  • Ability to read and interpret job site drawings, blueprints, and maps.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
