Job Summary:
Custom Goods LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to play a key role in the organization's strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that there is a clear set of prioritized projects and that these are implemented as planned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, setting performance requirements and selecting project participants.
- Project Management: Responsible for scope, set-up and roll-out prioritized projects as Project Manager.
- Team Management: Build and manage project teams, including recruiting, hiring, training and retaining employees.
- Communication: Clearly communicate and coordinate with the operation team(s) and other key stakeholders.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform ad hoc tasks for operations, including inventory control and storage, shipping, receiving and exceptions.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 3+ years' experience in project supervising running large scale / multi-functional projects.
- Certifications: PMP Trained and Certified.
- Skills: Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software.
