Job Summary:

Custom Goods LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Supervisor to play a key role in the organization's strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that there is a clear set of prioritized projects and that these are implemented as planned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and implement project plans, setting performance requirements and selecting project participants.
  • Project Management: Responsible for scope, set-up and roll-out prioritized projects as Project Manager.
  • Team Management: Build and manage project teams, including recruiting, hiring, training and retaining employees.
  • Communication: Clearly communicate and coordinate with the operation team(s) and other key stakeholders.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform ad hoc tasks for operations, including inventory control and storage, shipping, receiving and exceptions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 3+ years' experience in project supervising running large scale / multi-functional projects.
  • Certifications: PMP Trained and Certified.
  • Skills: Intermediate-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project Management Software.
