Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all facets of assigned projects, including production management, invoicing, budgeting, and client engagement to ensure adherence to project contracts.
  • Formulate and manage project schedules, change orders, procedures, and necessary equipment resources to guarantee timely and accurate project execution.
  • Develop and oversee project manpower and milestones for each production phase, ensuring objectives are met promptly.
  • Proactively engage with all relevant stakeholders, including business partners, general contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies, to influence project success positively.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to identify project risks and negotiate change orders with stakeholders to facilitate efficient project production.
  • Present monthly project updates to senior leadership as required.
  • Promote and uphold project safety standards by ensuring compliance with safety programs and owner policies, reviewing weekly safety reports, and participating in monthly safety meetings.
  • Assess and approve manpower and equipment requirements for effective project execution.
  • Resolve disputes and provide solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Contribute insights on equipment procurement methods and contracts to enhance project efficiency.
  • Lead project closeout processes, finalize contract documentation, secure retainages, and collaborate with management to address any project claims. Conduct project debriefs to evaluate all aspects of project completion.
  • Maintain awareness of the company's values and strategic objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • Proven ability to perform accurate field measurements and take-offs.
  • Proficient in MS Office 365 and estimating software.
  • Ability to read and interpret job site drawings, blueprints, and maps.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
