Role Summary
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the comprehensive management of project life cycles, financial oversight, and project closure to ensure all customer requirements are met within established timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all facets of the assigned project, including production, invoicing, budgeting, and client interactions to ensure adherence to project contracts.
- Develop and manage project schedules, change orders, procedures, and necessary equipment resources to ensure timely and accurate project execution.
- Coordinate project manpower and milestones for each production phase, ensuring objectives are met efficiently and on time.
- Engage proactively with all relevant stakeholders, including business partners, general contractors, clients, and regulatory agencies, to influence project success.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify project risks and negotiate change orders with stakeholders to facilitate effective project delivery.
- Present monthly project updates to senior leadership when applicable.
- Promote and uphold project safety by ensuring compliance with safety programs and owner policies, reviewing weekly safety reports, and participating in monthly safety meetings.
- Assess and approve manpower and equipment requirements for optimal project execution.
- Resolve disputes and provide solutions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Offer insights on equipment procurement methods and contracts to enhance project efficiency.
- Lead project closeout activities, finalize contract documentation, secure retainages, and collaborate with management to address any project claims. Conduct project debriefs to evaluate all aspects of project completion.
- Maintain awareness of the Company's values and strategic objectives.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a construction project management role, involving both private and public works projects.
- Proven ability to take accurate field measurements and perform take-offs.
- Proficient in MS Office 365, internet applications, estimating software, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret job site drawings, blueprints, and maps.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
