Essential Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in restoration or reconstruction.
  • At least 1 year of experience in project management.
  • Valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to adapt to new software.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with insurance compliance, invoicing, and collections.
  • General knowledge of construction practices.
  • Capability to lift over 30 lbs.
  • Ability to meet clients on-site and navigate through construction areas.

Performance Metrics:
  • Evaluation based on performance results against annual objectives.
  • Development of skills in relation to annual growth goals.
  • Quality assessment of overall business performance.

Specific Duties Include:
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Receive approved project estimates and coordinate scheduling with clients.
  • Develop margin forecasts for each project.
  • Generate work orders and material requisitions for projects.
  • Recruit and manage construction teams.
  • Assign tasks to appropriate crews and negotiate compensation.
  • Collaborate with estimators and insurance providers to manage necessary paperwork for invoicing and claims.
  • Conduct client kickoff and follow-up calls throughout project duration.
  • Maintain up-to-date project documentation and internal records.
  • Monitor project status and report on job progress and expenses.
  • Ensure quality control, including compliance with insurance and permit standards.
  • Handle invoicing and collections processes.
  • Approve payments to subcontractors and crews.
  • Achieve annual and quarterly revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction targets.

Work Schedule:
  • Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
  • Regular travel is required within the operational area.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Annual salary range of $53,930 to $97,114.
  • Full-time position with a flexible schedule.
  • Paid time off available.
