Euronet Worldwide, Inc. is in search of a committed and client-oriented Customer Support Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding service to our clientele and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to ATM management services. You will collaborate closely with both clients and our internal teams to identify, analyze, and propose effective solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot reported issues from clients.
  • Work in partnership with internal teams to resolve client challenges.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
  • Monitor client accounts for discrepancies and ensure accurate billing and reporting.
  • Coordinate and manage projects with clients, ensuring successful outcomes.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in client services or customer support roles.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Previous experience in the financial services sector is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
