Dunhill Professional Search & Government Solutions is seeking a dedicated Technical Support Specialist to join our Program Support team. This role is integral to the Army National Guard (ARNG) Credentialing project, which provides essential operational support across all 54 states and territories for the credentialing and privileging of healthcare professionals.

The Technical Support Specialist will engage in various facets of the project, ensuring compliance with contract requirements while delivering direct assistance to customers, team members, and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage credential files and assist in processing mobilization and training missions.
  • Facilitate ongoing training for program end users and healthcare providers.
  • Provide technical system support within the Department of Defense (DoD) approved Centralized Credentials Quality Assurance System (CCQAS).
  • Prepare and coordinate credentialing and privileging boards.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in help desk, technical support, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Willingness to acquire new skills and knowledge.
  • Familiarity with issue tracking and project management tools.
  • Experience with data visualization software.
  • Assist customers and colleagues with system-related issues.
  • Generate scheduled and ad-hoc reports as needed.
  • Manage team email intake and correspondence.

Preferred Skills:

  • MS Office 365 Fundamentals or equivalent experience.
