Euronet Worldwide, Inc., a leading provider of ATM management solutions, is seeking a Bilingual ATM Support Specialist. This role is essential for overseeing ATM operations, ensuring optimal performance, and addressing service interruptions effectively.

The Bilingual ATM Support Specialist will be tasked with monitoring ATMs for any service disruptions and coordinating with service providers and technicians for timely resolutions.

This is a full-time role with varying shifts that may include weekdays and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor ATM systems for operational issues using advanced monitoring tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions remotely.
- Create service tickets for ATMs requiring on-site assistance.
- Ensure all service requests are addressed promptly and escalate issues to the service manager as necessary.
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone and email communications.
- Maintain strong relationships with service vendors to ensure swift resolution of service issues, keeping all parties informed throughout the process.
- Document all interactions and ensure the ticketing system is updated with accurate information in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage workflow effectively
- Flexibility and willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within teams
- Sound judgment and decision-making skills
- Proficient in standard office software (Microsoft Office Suite)
