Key Responsibilities:
- Represent DSI to our dealer partners and cultivate essential relationships.
- Advocate for our dealers while ensuring top-tier customer service for their teams and clients.
- Establish and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
- Surpass sales and activation targets.
- Evaluate progress regularly in relation to market conditions, dealer performance, training, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide onboarding and training support to dealers for successful launches.
- Collaborate with the credit and accounting department.
- Process equipment orders.
- Implement other company initiatives through the dealer network.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales professional with a strong track record.
- Dynamic and highly motivated individual with integrity and a passion for success.
- Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and goal-oriented with demonstrated results.
- Ability to analyze competition and position dealers for success in a competitive landscape.
- Capability to learn key industry metrics and translate them into actionable plans.
- Bilingual – Spanish preferred.
Experience:
- Experience in business discussions involving financials, cash flow, and marketing strategies with independent business owners.
- Familiarity with subscription-based services and face-to-face marketing techniques.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of the Video, Broadband, Wireless, and Security industries is preferred.
