  • Advocate for our dealers while ensuring top-tier customer service for their teams and clients.
  • Establish and track weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives.
  • Surpass sales and activation targets.
  • Evaluate progress regularly in relation to market conditions, dealer performance, training, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide onboarding and training support to dealers for successful launches.
  • Collaborate with the credit and accounting department.
  • Process equipment orders.
  • Implement other company initiatives through the dealer network.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales professional with a strong track record.
  • Dynamic and highly motivated individual with integrity and a passion for success.
  • Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and goal-oriented with demonstrated results.
  • Ability to analyze competition and position dealers for success in a competitive landscape.
  • Capability to learn key industry metrics and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Bilingual – Spanish preferred.

Experience:

  • Experience in business discussions involving financials, cash flow, and marketing strategies with independent business owners.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based services and face-to-face marketing techniques.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of the Video, Broadband, Wireless, and Security industries is preferred.
