Client Support Specialist

The Client Support Specialist role is an entry-level opportunity within our Client Support team, designed to foster growth and provide valuable experience in healthcare IT and application services.

Reporting To: Client Support Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular and scheduled client calls, taking a proactive stance in client relationship management.
  • Ensure a well-structured and organized agenda for all client interactions, preparing all participants effectively.
  • Document and share follow-up notes and action items post-client calls, monitoring progress and ensuring accountability.
  • Address client inquiries related to Visualutions products and services, providing informed and thorough responses.
  • Refer complex issues to the relevant internal teams, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
  • Engage in training and development opportunities to remain informed about product updates and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
  • Up to 1 year of experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
