Reporting To: Client Support Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular and scheduled client calls, taking a proactive stance in client relationship management.

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Up to 1 year of experience in customer service or support roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Capability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
