*Daily Responsibilities:*

Act as a representative for the Health Plan by addressing and documenting all incoming inquiries to ascertain their nature, and respond to complex calls related to specialized product lines or queues.

Respond empathetically to member complaints and concerns regarding Health Plan benefits, account status, payment history, and medical services.

Initiate communication with relevant Health Plan, medical group, and facility personnel to gather information pertinent to the inquiry as necessary.

Analyze data to determine and implement the appropriate course of action to resolve complaints and/or coordinate service recovery.

Document interactions in accordance with established procedures.

Assist the department in achieving call handling goals, first contact resolution targets, complaint resolution compliance, member retention, and making follow-up contacts as needed.

*Essential Skills & Qualifications:*

- A minimum of two (2) years of customer service experience is required.

- Call Center experience is required (Healthcare experience is highly preferred).

- High school diploma or equivalent experience in a related field or a combination of education and work experience is required.

- Minimum typing speed of 30+ words per minute (required).

- Must have high-speed internet and the capability to work from home.

*Work Schedule:*

Monday to Friday, with operational hours from 8 AM to 11 PM EST (8-hour shift). Flexibility to work within these hours is essential.
